As you can see we sold more in August of this year than August of last year, but overall the number of sales for 2015 is significantly less than in 2014. As I keep saying, last year was exceptional! It’s interesting that the average house price keeps on climbing here; this is no longer happening in Terrace or Kitimat. Time will tell if the prices will continue to climb.
