Over the years Mike and Nikki have honed in and recognized their individual strengths as REALTORS®, making them an efficient and cohesive team.
MIKE MORSE, REALTOR®
For over 20 years, Mike has been practicing real estate in Prince Rupert. His innate ability to negotiate combined with his expert market knowledge of the Prince Rupert area have been instrumental in his success. His strong understanding of house/building design and construction is also a great benefit to his buyers and sellers.
Mike is a typical “Rupertite” – down-to-earth and friendly. He’s a true advocate for his clients, and his dedication, honesty and sense of humour is always appreciated.
Mike has earned many awards and accolades over the years, including consistent MLS Awards from the BC Northern Real Estate Board, RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, RE/MAX Titan Club and RE/MAX Chairman’s Club.
Mike appreciates awards, but he thinks the best award is when he can hand the keys over to excited buyers who have found their dream home, or alternatively when he receives the keys from happy sellers who are about to embark on a new chapter in life.
Nikki Morse, REALTOR®
Nikki is a graduate of BCIT’s Marketing Management program and previous to becoming a REALTOR®, she worked in marketing and customer service for over twenty years.
In 2012 Nikki left her long-time position as Marketing Coordinator at CityWest to join forces with Mike, and in 2016 she obtained her REALTOR’s® license.
She’s been going strong as a REALTOR® ever since! Nikki facilitates their comprehensive marketing program for each listing and effectively communicates with clients, tenants, REALTORS® and all other professionals to ensure that the process of selling or buying goes as smoothly as possible.
