For the month of June, the number of sales were down compared to the same month last year, however regarding total dollar value, we are up almost $4 million. The year-to-date sales and number of active listings are similar to last year; the market remains very stable. When comparing year to year, the average sale price of a house is up $43,552. However since last month, the average sale price has gone down $2,255.
