During the month of May, the market remained steady. The number of sales as of May 31 is very comparable to the year-to-date sales from last year. However, the dollar amount is higher. So far in 2016, we have sold $23,047,970 in real estate, compared to $15,722,500 last year. The average sale price of a house has dropped $1892 from last month.
